Since my race on Sunday I havn't done any running. My ankle was in a good amount of pain during & after the race. I have really limited my time cycling as well this week. So basically been doing a good amount of swim training, well needed for sure. I really hate not running. This week I will be starting a recovery program which includes pool running and elliptical training. I'm really really worried about my BIG race next Saturday. Remember it will be broadcasted live online. I also have an important race the week after, then the Marine Corp Marathon two weeks after that. So basically the worst time for me to be injured is now. My main focus will be on recovering for the marathon. The goal will be to reduce fitness loss as much as possible while recovering.
