Post workout meal of the week


Okay its been a while since a food shot.
Here is something I mixed up after a 40K bike, 9 mile fartlek, 2.5 km swim.
Couscous, Tofu, Tomato, Red Pepper, Carrots, Kale, Hummus and a Whey Protein Drink.
Benefits include high amounts of Vitamin A, B, C, and K, Anti-oxidants, Fiber, Protein, Calcium, and CARBS!
