
For dinner is Alaskan Salmon, Pesto Penne Pasta, Kale, Almonds and thats a bottle of Endurox. You may be asking do I always eat this good... well no, maybe 3 or 4 times a week. Usually Thursday, Friday and Saturday because Fri, Sat, and Sun. are my most demanding training days. What goes in the body really makes a huge difference in performance, I mean HUGE. I do my best to eat really nutritious dinner meals every night, but sometimes I might just have time or the energy to make a bag of popcorn or a PB&J for din. Most days I can't fit dinner in untill around 8pm. I also try to get in most of my calories for the day by 1pm. During the spring, summer and fall supplements are key... still looking for that EAS Protein sponsor to give me a call.. maybe I need to try harder...yeah I definately do!

Okay, I havn't had a haircut in over 9 months. This is my hair on chlorine. No gel necessary. Why do I rock the mohawk? because I can... do I go out in public with a 10" mohawk? No. Lately I have been bustin' out the Ace Ventura hair, alrighty then! Also trying to break the stereotype that all fast triathletes need to have short aerodynamic hair. what up Norman.

Very very very important climate talks have commenced with the nations G8. Greenpeace in their sometimes a little obnoxious acts even for my taste have posted a gigantic banner on mount rushmore.
