A minimum of 5 sanctioned races were needed to be ranked in the VTS and a minimum of 3 sanctioned races were needed to be ranked in the USA Triathlon . Not all triathlons are VTS and not all triathlons are USAT sanctioned. Not all VTS races are USAT ranked. Confused yet?
