Thanksgiving came and went too fast. Started with a 5k turkey trot on a cold rainy morning. My legs were so sore and weak that morning from cycling and run sprints the week prior. I did not put up my best effort, but it was fun nonetheless. I was happy to particiate in the Virginia Run Turkey Trot in which these guys have been doing for over 8 years now.
The rest of the day included card games with cousins, our traditional family Turkey Bowl, catching up with the family, eating and drinking, Wii dance off competitions, eating and drinking, oh and more eating and drinking. Sadly my sis couldn't make it down for the fun in thanks to her demanding schedule at Columbia. Here's one of me and mom.
